As part of an ongoing contract, Rollcut have been supplying and slitting Steel Wrap protection for a number of years. Our new cold cut capability gives us greater accuracy when slitting the coils down from the master roll.

The Benefits of our new improved cold cut system

The accuracy of finished coils is imperative due to the secondary process it is placed on. Our capability can slit down to 15mm.
The integrity of the cardboard core is not compromised as it is cleanly cut with the powered blade.
Edges are book end straight due to the improved process.
Maximum yield can be achieved from the master roll with no wastage.
Rolls are pre-wrapped to ensure integrity during transportation and operator loading.
