We have an number of clients that use our storage and call off facilities on scheduled basis. This is particularly beneficial to clients that;

• Don’t have the facility to unload large mother rolls
• Don’t have the space or methods to store master rolls
• Want to remove a secondary transport cost of bulk rolls
• Want to buy a shelf ready product with minimal hassle!

A product that we currently operate this service for is Root Barrier. The master rolls are 3.66m wide, 800-1000Linm and weigh approx. 800Kgs.

Root barrier fabric is a specialised material designed to control the growth of roots in specific areas, such as near buildings, sidewalks, or underground utilities. It is typically made from durable synthetic materials like high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene. Root barrier fabric forms a physical barrier that prevents root intrusion, thereby protecting structures from damage caused by root encroachment. This fabric is permeable, allowing water and nutrients to pass through while blocking root penetration. It is commonly used in landscaping, construction, and urban planning to preserve the integrity of infrastructure and landscaping features.

We convert these into a finished manageable product of 1.83m x 50m and a packed with a product data sheet, and palletised for delivery direct to site if required.
