Do you stock fabric?
At Rollcut, we offer an extensive selection of both woven and non-woven fabrics. Our inventory includes wide-width options that can be tailored to meet your precise requirements. We proudly supply fabrics for a variety of industries, including Agriculture, Furniture Trade, Medical Applications, Commercial Growers, and the Bedding and Hotel trade, among others. With our commitment to clarity and attention to detail, we ensure that you receive top-quality materials that perfectly align with your specific needs.
What are your turnaround times?
Our standard turnaround time for job completion is one week from the date of receiving the material. However, should you need a more expedited service, we are highly flexible and can adjust our processes accordingly. Specifically, for our platinum and gold service levels, we offer the capability to expedite your requests, providing a same-day or next-day turnaround. This ensures that our clients have the option to receive their completed jobs with exceptional speed and efficiency.
What are your width tolerances?
Our processing capabilities include handling rolls with widths of up to 6m and lengths of up to 15,000 linear meters, with a maximum diameter of 1m. Additionally, our cold cut operation allows us to accurately slit rolls down to as narrow as 15mm. We are equipped with the technical expertise and machinery to handle precise specifications for your material requirements.
What will my project cost?
We have a set fee for processing a single roll. However, if you require processing for multiple rolls or have specific requirements, we offer customised quotations tailored to your needs. These quotations can include additional services such as shelf ready packaging, comprehensive traceability, printed FR certificates, product storage and distribution, just-in-time deliveries, and expedited service levels if requested.
